About Joanna Stone

I step into rooms full of uncertainty. Hopes, doubts, excitement and fear -- sometimes all at once. I step in when time feels precious, when there is momentum and tension, when change is welcome to some and dreaded by others.


I listen. To every word said out loud, and to the ones that stay between the lines.


I've spent more than 15 years doing this -- first with creative leaders and teams, where disruption is everyday life. Now with leaders, founders and investors navigating high-stakes change: transformations, post-merger integrations, portfolio companies finding their footing.

The room is different. The work is the same. At the end, it's always people.


And people, under pressure, are remarkably consistent. In how they see what's happening around them. In how they act on it. In how they build, or fail to build, something that lasts.
